The choir collaborates with the Ivan pl. Zajc Croatian National Theatre (HNK) in Rijeka and has participated in performances of Carmina Burana by C. Orff at the Pula Arena (2018), the opera Carmen by G. Bizet at the Pula Arena and Rijeka HNK (2019), the ballet The Nutcracker by P. I. Tchaikovsky (2019), the opera La Bohème by G. Puccini (2018 and 2019), the musical Evita by A. L. Webber (2020), and the opera The Queen of Spades by P. I. Tchaikovsky.
The Kap Children’s Choir has sung under the direction of renowned conductors such as Ville Matvejeff (Finland), Matija Fortuna (Croatia), Yordan Kamdzhalov (Bulgaria), Valentin Egel (Germany), and others. The choir has recorded two works by Ivan Matetić Ronjgov for the Čakavian–Coastal song repertoire, as well as the CD Kišni razdraganci with Ivanka Mazurkijević and Damir Martinović Mrle, which won the Porin Award for Best Children’s Album in 2020.
The choir has also collaborated with Damir Urban, performed with Doris Dragović at a concert in Rijeka, and recorded the song Tiha noć with Marko Tolja. The artistic director of the choir is Doris Kovačić, the accompanist is Doris Knežević, and the assistant and vocal coach is Maja Šajatović.
